Old Site - VS - New Site

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Their site is currently used as a ‘brochure site', so there was less need for extensive keyword research. However, every page is SEO optimized and the site is well structured for SEO if Danielson expands its online marketing efforts in the future.
Web Copywriting & Editing
I used the text content from their About page to craft a new tagline and unique value proposition for their main logo and Home page copy. I edited the copy and redistributed it around the site to clearly tell their brand story and communicate their values.
Conversion Driven Page Layouts
I carefully sequenced the content on each page so messages are easy to understand and guide the visitor down to the goal - which in this case is an invitation to reach out and contact the company for more information.
Visual Brand ‘Reboot’
Using their existing logo as a guide, I created a ‘refreshed’ horizontal banner, a square badge and a favicon. I re-used the existing color scheme and Roboto fonts, and updated the look and feel while maintaining consistency with the heritage of their existing brand.
Custom Site Development & Coding
I used the Elementor Page Builder and GeneratePress Premium theme as the foundation to custom build the new site and reboot it to modern responsive standards. Every page was redesigned from scratch to match the rebooted design.
W.O. Danielson now has a new, modern responsive site that represents them professionally and credibly online. They’re happy with the results and the price they paid, because at that time they had no need for online business strategy, custom branding work, copywriting or marketing integrations.
They had existing content I was able to reuse and edit into the new site, and they placed confidence in me to make the right calls designing and building the site with minimal input from them.
